Gold Service
Rent Guarantee Gold service 15% of monthly rent plus VAT for the duration of the tenancy and any renewals or extensions (18% inc VAT) (Sole Agency ONLY )
Fully Managed Service
Our Fee for the Fully Managed service is:
- Set up fee £360.00 including VAT
13% of monthly rent plus VAT for the duration of the tenancy and any renewals or extensions (14.4% inc. VAT) (Sole Agency is preferred)
Tenant Find Only Service
Our Fee for the Tenant find service is:
- Set up fee £360.00 including VAT
- Tenant find only fee is 80% of one month’s rent plus VAT. Minimum of £600.00 including VAT.
